De novo identification of proteins
Basis of the RapidCell is developed method of rapid detection of peptide sequence by mass spectrometry. The method can be used for peptide/protein sequences and for accurate and fast detection of pathogens and tumor cells for use in clinical practice (ProteinAcrobate biotypization software). CAF-/CAF+ reagent enables equal peptide sequence identification in positive and negative ion mode.
